MEDICAL SECRETARIAL/BILLING TRAINING
This is a comprehensive 240 hour training
program for anyone who wants to enter the field of computerized medical billing
and general medical office services. This program is entry-level and is designed
for individuals seeking employment upon completion. Classes focus on development
of basic computer skills, keyboarding, general secretarial skills, medical
terminology, basics of ICD9 and CPT PLUS coding, medical insurance forms and
procedures, patient scheduling, phone work and computerized billing. Resume
preparation, interviewing techniques and job search assistance are also
included. No prior experience is required. The course fee includes textbooks.

Do you need to become a Notary for work or have
you always wanted to become one? Be an asset to your company as a Notary Public.
This course will help you to prepare for the New York Notary Public Exam and it
will also cover what you need to know once you become a Notary. It will also
cover the NY Notary Laws as well as legal terminology. The course fee includes a
handbook containing everything you need to become a successful NYS Notary.

GETTING PAID TO TALK - AN INTRODUCTION TO VOICE-OVERS
Have you ever been told that
your have a great voice? This exciting class will explore numerous aspects of
voice-acting work for television, film, radio, books on tape, documentaries and
the Internet. We will cover all the basics, including how to prepare the
all-important demo and how to be successful and earn great income in this
exciting field. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and to hear
examples of demos recorded by professional voice actors. Class participants will
even have a chance to record a commercial script under the direction of our
producer. This class is informative, lots of fun, and a great first step for
anyone interested in voice-acting professionally.
