CARDIOVASCULAR SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN
Why take aerobics? Mandarin
Kung Fu offers an intense cardiovascular workout with the added benefit of
learning self defense. This Self Defense course for women employs the animal
movements of Mandarin Kung Fu. The class is structured for serious minded
students interested in a good cardiovascular workout and is an excellent primer
for Kung Fu classes

hour. We are offering a primer class in Mandarin Kung Fu using animal movements

FENCING FOR BEGINNERS (Ages 14 & Up)
This course is an introduction to the art of Classical Foil Fencing. Students will learn how to move, defend and attack using the basic fencing weapon - the foil - in the Classical French style. It is a relaxed workout coupled with exposure to the historical origins of this exciting martial art. Great for developing physical agility and mental focus, fencing is also FUN! Fencing develops better eye-hand coordination, physical agility, grace and balance, while promoting cardiovascular fitness and increased confidence and self-esteem. All equipment is provided. Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothing for this course.
